Meridian CardioVascular Network Presents Cooking With Heart

Lecture and food sampling to be held on Tuesday, March 22 at Howell Senior Center  

Neptune, NJ - Meridian CardioVascular Network presents Cooking with Heart on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at the Howell Senior Center from 10:30 a.m. till noon. The program will feature board certified cardiologist Joseph Guarino, Jr., M.D. providing an overview on heart disease, risk factors, and treatment options. The program will also include a nutritional discussion, heart-healthy food samples, and cooking tips from a nurse educator.

The Howell Senior Center is located at 925 W. Grand River Avenue. The event is free and open to members of the public who are 60 years of age or older. Registration is required by calling 732-938-4500.
