Meridian CardioVascular Network to Offer Heart Wellness Expo and Screening

Wellness Expo to be held on Monday, February 21 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center  

Neptune, NJ - Meridian CardioVascular Network will be offering a FREE Heart Wellness Expo and Screenings on Monday, February 21, from 9:30 am – 12:30 pm in Lance Auditorium at Jersey Shore University Medical Center.  The screenings will include cholesterol, glucose, blood pressure, and body mass index.  There will be educational information and clinical staff available to speak to attendees, and all screening results will be provided immediately on-site.  

Jersey Shore University Medical Center is located at 1945 Route 33, Neptune, NJ, 07753. The event is free and open to the public.  

Meridian CardioVascular Network's new heart healthy living campaign, 365 Days of Heart Health, spotlights wellness through a series of special events, heart healthy tips, and educational programs.  Visiting provides helpful information, resources, real time updates, and expert videos to stay connected with important heart health matters.  The Web site also provides inspiring patient stories, news, wellness information, and special event details.
